That means, if you need help, now, we can - as long as you're connected to the internet - connect directly to your system, and work with you as though we're sat right there in your office. All you need to do, is run the "NiddSupport" file, and provide us with the ID number you're shown. Download by clicking "Download NiddSupport" from the navigation bar on the left. It takes less than a minute, usually, to get connected, and once you're finished, and you disconnect, your system will be as secure as before we started. There is no way Nidd.Networks, or anyone else can re-connect without your knowledge, and no programs are actually installed to your system at any time.
